Who uses Divorce Act ISO?

Divorce Act ISO is generally used in two situations.

Divorce Act ISO is most often used when parties are divorced from each other, one party is living in Nova Scotia, and the other party lives in another province or territory within Canada (s. 18.1 of the Divorce Act). In other words, the Divorce Act ISO process is generally available if all four of the following circumstances apply to you:
